Day 8 - What did you eat today
24 ounces Smoothie (banana, pineapple, mango, blueberries, plums, blackberries, raspberries, & a 1/4 teaspoon of spirulina)
Almonds
12 ounces of Tomato Basil Bisque (soup)
Pineapple and berries (same as above)
Water (lots)
You just reminded me i have not had my smoothie today. Off to the kitchen..
